“It only takes one rotten apple”
Take decisive action (within the Fair Work rules) and remove them from your business as soon as possible. Apply the five year rule. If you don’t see them as part of your future in five years, make them part of your past now. This sounds harsh, but the damage one person can cause is astounding.
